We would like to be able to welcome people with disabilities as far as possible, although we are a new and small retreat centre with very limited funds available to make modifications. We do have a ground floor bedroom in the annexe, but the annexe bathroom and kitchen are down four steps from this. There is a ground floor bathroom in the house, and wheelchair users should be able to access the ground floor of the house, but all the house bedrooms are upstairs. Whether we can accommodate wheelchair users or people with limited mobility thus obviously depends on the exact nature of your needs. The same applies to people with other kinds of disability.
